Re: please date my evinrude fasttwin
i just got this engine thrown in on a deal with another better (in my opinion) engine. it is i believe seized but looks complete. before buying these engines, i went to look at another evinrude which was advertised as a 25 hp, and saw it running. it looked quite similar to the evinrude i have although the cowling had the name sea sport on it. i am wondering if it would be worth obtaining the sea sport which i know runs, although in need of at the very least a good tune. can anyone tell me if they share many of the same components or am i way off base?
