Trim indicator wiring for 115 HP

I have a 2005 Johnson 115. I want to install a trim indicator on the dash. The motor has a trim sender unit but I have not been able to locate the wires for the trim indicator connection. What wire color/location should I locate for the connections to the trim gauge (indicator)?<br /><br />Thanks,<br /><br />Cliff

i would follow the tilt/trim wires to your engine, then i would find out where it plugs up, once you find that, find out what color your tilt/trim wires are, should be blue and green, unless it has 3 wires then probably blue,green and black. at the plug there should be 2 other wires, would be for the gauge.
