I just got a 1983 evinrude/OMC 90 HP. The previous owner said he could not get it started. I am not sure what work the did on it. The 2 cylinders on the right side have a spark, but there is no spark on the left side top or bottom cylinders. I switched the coils- same result. I swicthed the power packs- same result. What next? Is there any thing else besides the trigger and stater? Can I test these? Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated. I did pull the fly whell and look at them - nothing apparent- ie. visable broken wires ect. Thanks.
