leaking carb

i have a old 3hp johnson outboard and the carb wont stop leaking iv checked the float but it still leaks fuel from a little hole just abive the inlet port any ideas thanks james

Needle and seat are not shutting off the fuel (need replacing) or the float level is set too high.
