I have a 200hp Evinrude rebuilt late 90's. The trim motor will not bring the motor up, but it works going down. When I try to bring the engine up, the trim motor makes the sounds like its working, but nothing happens. It does not sound any different then it use too. It just seems like its not catching or something.<br /><br />Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.<br /><br />RB
