Hello I saw some post with linkage problems but none that fit mine. I have a 1999 envinrude 225. The problem is that when the engine first starts everything is fine you can shift from neutral to forward and neutral to reverse with no problem. But when the boat is run for any length of time it is almost impossible to get the boat to shift into neutral from forward or into reverse at all. You have to almost slam it into neutral to get out of forward. If there are any suggestions they would be greatly appreciated.
