I've acquired a 1971 Crestliner with a 60 H.P. Johnson outboard motor. The boat has a total of only 14.0 hours on it so it's in immaculate shape. However, it has not been on the water in about 20 years and has just been sitting in storage since. My question is, what all do I need to check (or possibly rebuild) before trying to start this boat? I'm very good with cars but have never worked on a boat before. I've got a Seloc manual on the way. The model number for the engine is 60ESL71E and it's a 3-cylinder.

Thanks in advance!
Scott
