I have a 1996 90 HP Evinrude outboard. The other day the trim seemed to get slower and eventually quit all together. I loaded the boat and released the manual release in order to tow the boat home. The motor was slightly in the 'up' position. When I released the manual release, it went completely down, but would not come back up. After a couple of hours of scratching my head, I finally had to modify the boat trailer in order to tow it home from the lake. Any help???
