That or the wiring / connections going to the relay box. Unplug the pan mounted switch and using the wires going to the box, touch the blue to the red (up) and then the green to red (down). If it works then, the switch is bad. If it still doesnt work, follow the wires and check the connections.<br /><br />You know the relays are good since the TNT works from the dash.
