Just bought a used '93ish Evinrude 3.3 and thought I should run it in a bucket to see if pumping water. I expected to see a stream from somewhere but did not. Only ran for a minute or so. Are the two little holes on the upper part of the shaft outlets? Suggestions? I am good mechanically but no experience with boat motors.<br />Thanks.
