Evinrude 60 hp 1980 I believe on a 16 V bottom heavy boat.I have to replace the steering. I notice that the sleeve or pipe on the engine that the steering cable goes intois bad rusted. Also some help. Do I replace that also or just clean it up- if there is a way to clean this pipe up how? I see some rust inside.The steering cable I took out today and I notice it about 13' 7" long it has a gear on the end by the steering wheel.Also some help. Where the best place to get this cable?
