evinrude yachtwin - convert to short shaft??

Is it possible to convert this longshaft motor to a short shaft? It looks like the cowling can be separated from the lower unit but my question is what about the water tube shift/drive shaft??<br />Is there a kit available that someone knows about?<br /><br />Thanks<br />TH

I had luck finding a short to long conversion kit on e-bay you may try there.

The longshafts seem a bit harder to come by, (at least when I was looking) maybe a swap deal with someone who is looking for one could benefit you both.
