Default Gouge in boat. Please help.

Today I had the unfortunate experience of having a screw gouge the side of my boat. its at the dealership but I know from just the few words they spoke I will not be able to afford this. I want to know what can i do to at least fill and clear coat it.

To be more specific about the gouge it is on the left side of the boat. Its a white boat but the gouge is on the triton sign which is black with sliver flake and doesn't extend to the white.
