Duo Prop question

I have a 2006 Chapparal Signature 276 with a 5.7L Gxi 320HP Dual Prop I/O. What props do I need and can I change them in the ocean water or must I pull the boat out of the water? And I hit a rock and bent the current stainless steel prop blades, how would I know if I damaged the shaft or outdrive? The boat seems to still work fine.
