Does anyone know the max hp rating of a 1983 mirrocraft.? Its a 17 footer, and im not sure of the model. I want to know if its safe to put a 115hp on her. Heres the serial # if that will help. mrr10892m83j

Call or email Mirrocraft directly and give them the serial #. They should be able to tell you exactly what HP it will take (along with model name, etc.)
Also keep in mind that it's a 25 yr old boat. I wouldn't push it's limits with motor size.
