Does anyone know where you can get the snaps and plastic anchors that mount on the top channels (for the stand up top).

The only place I could think of would be to start with a Lowe dealer.

I called Lowe ind. directly and they where nice enough to send me 4 sets (no charge). Very nice people to deal with and great customer service.
