Default 1980 Angler 17' CC

I'm looking at a 1980 Angler 17' center console. 80 HP Mariner OB. 2 batteries, 2 gas tanks, trolling motor, cooler seat, new bimini top, plus the standard stuff that you need to safely run (PFD's, paddles, etc.). The price is $2500 with a trailer...

Any comments on the price/value are appreciated!

Is there anything specific to angler boats that I should look at? I'm going to check over all the basics but would like to hear from experienced owners of this brand before jumping in. It seems easy to get into, a cheap way to get on the water for a boat that is pretty well loaded in this size range.

Vette, boat=$1355, engine= $170 and trailer= $210.
That is NADA price, but IMO, that don't sound half bad for a complete turn key hit the water boat.

SBN: I'm thinking the same thing about hittin' the water, plus $2500 is asking price so I can use the NADA prices to talk him down some. Thanks for that info!!
