Got a 2000 250se which needs to be transported. I don't have a manual but need to fold the arch - i see the two retaining bolts but having removed these the arch is still rock solid. i don't want to force it so am i missing anything, is it likely that it's electric retractable - any ideas greatly received, thanks!

we just bought a 01 250 se and the guy we bought it off of transports it with the radar arch up. He says it clears all the overpasses on the 401? He brings it from Oakville to Woodstock for storage. He said to fold it down you just pull the pins????
