Default head and battery question??

Hello,

I have a 1999 230CC and can't find a user manual so I thought I'd post on here... My head, when I pump wet nothing happens? Does the water come from the holding tank? also i've noticed a ball valve underneath the step leading into the cuddy. My guess is this for pumpout? am I correct?

thanks

I personally can't help you with this other than suggesting you contact Doral directly for any information they can send you. The other guys that post in this section will most likely be able to help you though as they have bigger Doral's than me. So keep checking back for responses.
Welcome to iboats

The water for the head comes from the river. The valve you see is for shutting off its raw water intake. Make sure it's parallel (open) and your boat is in the water when pumping. The only thing that goes in the holding tank is whatever the head disposes of...

Your welcome.

Oh and always leave the head in the flush position not the rinse. This will prevent from water coming in the head while cruising.
