scot, here at home there is a plastics place that will make them for the boat.Don't know if you have any of them business around where you live or not, but that would be a good place to look.You can take the boat to their place and they can make it.
A guy at www.fiberglassics.com did a whole article, illustrated, on how to make your own with plexi from home depot. I think it was on this board not long ago...maybe search the board for windshield(s) 101. Was very interesting and a nice job with everyday tools.

....do yourself a favor and specify LEXAN inlieu of PLEXIGLAS. LEXAN is more durable, more scratch resistant and can be formed without the crazing of PLEXIGLAS.
Consult you local Yellow Pages for Plastics Supplier or find your nearest Kit Car Kid or circle track racer...they'll know where to find LEXAN (mfg. by G.E.)
