Back on page 2 or 3, 3 years ago, I had the 1989 150 Freedom. Well I sold that and "upgraded" to a 1992 Four Winns 180 Freedom. 3.0L OMC. Really nice shape.

I just bought a 1988 Horizon 200 with a 4.3l OMC Cobra. I have only been on the water 3 times with it but I am so impressed. I think I will be repowering it with a 350 engine that I have from a street stock race car, but that might not happen anytime soon.
1992 Four Winns 180 freedom 4.3l El paso Tx. Bought it June of this year (2009) and its been a blast so far. It was obviously pampered by it previous owners.
Just picked up our 2007 Four Winns 190 Horizon today (yeah). Most of our boating will probably be along the Columbia & Snake Rivers here in the Tri-Cities, WA but will be checking out Banks Lake and returning to Crescent Lake, OR where I used to go every summer as a kid.

VERY nice boat. I love the red color and graphics.

Picked up our second boat ever. She is a 1987 Four Winns 190 Horizon. Has every option they had, except the Brougham package. Motor is a 230 Mercruiser with an Alpha One drive. One owner who traded it in for a newer boat, and we picked it up for a decent price.
I bought my first powerboat Friday. It's a 1992 Horizon 200 SLX with 5.8L engine.
The boat seems to be in excellent condition; I bought it from the original owner's family. The only thing I'm concerned about is the condition of the outdrive paint; it's somewhat corroded but not excessively in my uninformed opinion. I'll be keeping it on a trailer between uses so I expect the corrosion will not get worse quickly provided I flush and rinse after each outing. I'm considering refinishing the outdrive while it's on the boat; I know this will only help the outside and will not fix any corrosion on the inside.
Can anyone offer advice on the outdrive corrosion, painting the outdrive or anything else related to this boat?
