1800 Adventure Bimini

Regarding the windshield snap on Bimini stand up top, On my 1800 Adventure series Lund, how much speed is safe with the top up ? AND are side curtains available for this top ? I see zippers along to top sides, but dont see anywhere to attach a side curtain along the bottom nor the sides of the windshield. Thanks for the assist !
