My 175 Searay sometimes doesn't want to turn over when I turn the key, nothing. Seems to be the neutral switch, jiggle the shifter and push the button and all is well.

Any easy solutions?

I am going to say no easy fix, you are probably going to have to replace the switch. I will recommend that you go up to the Repair and Maintenance section and post in the Mercruiser, OMC, Volvo, I/O engines and outdrives thread, the experts are more likely to find you there.
