Default Wakeboard Tower

Thinking about adding a tower to my 04 195LR, there are a lot of choices for a lot of money, or go with a "Universal" fit for around $1,000.00. Anybody else add a tower?

I put a Barewest ProZone 5 tower on my new 2007 Stingray 185LS. Looks great and works fine. The dealer said it was one of the easiest to install they had ever done. The only thing I didn't realize when I ordered it was that the lower horizontal bracket blocks my view over my right shoulder (I sit high so that I can look over the windshield). Also, it doesn't fold down like some other brands, so if this is an issue for you, look for a different brand.

go to the monster tower website and follow the links to the stern drives, there are a bunch of stingrays looking good with one of those. Also, go to Costco's website and search for a wakeboard tower, they have a package that is modeled on a stingray.

I have no experience with these, though, just looking as I want to pay off the boat first.

i just put an Altitude tower on my boat. it looks great and o have not had a single problem with it. not creeks or rattles and it has been pulling my 250 pound body around. check it out at www.wakeboardtowerandracks.com
its a smaller/new company so there isnt much information on it. but when i called the guy was very helpful and knowledgeable about boats and towers.

If I were you I would look into an Avenger 2.25 Universal tower. I got one and it looks great on my boat. Or look at a Big Air Ice tower. These are two great universal towers at under $1000.
