1980 evinrude 50HP hull or prop

ok I have another ?
50 HP Evinrude E on a 1980 sea nymp boat at 3/4 throttle the boat does great but at full throttle the boat leans to the left. I have a 17 pich prop on it and i was woundering if i went to a 15 pich prop would that help the lean it seems as if from 3/4 and full throttle there is no diff in speed. it acts like the motor will not push it

I have a 1978 Sea nymph 16' with trim tabs, 17p SS Prop, jack plate, and no visual hook in the hull. It also leans to the left but only at high speed. I have a 70hp Chrysler on it now, and just bought a 90hp Johnson. With a 50hp you could be under powered. What model Sea nymph is it?

The trim of the engine will effect this. Try changing the trim in and out to see if it improves. Of course, this may introduce other problems - but it may not - it's worth a try and it's free.

what would be a good choice for a new prop and how would i go about selecting one. the boat is heavy due to all of the lights and my genorator

i am going to try trimming the enjine in the morning

i do not have a tach on my boat i have been thinking about putting one on the boat

to find out what perfect prop u will need to know WOT rpm's

humm ok well looks like im going to have to instal a tack i do know that at WOT the boat does not go any faster than at 3/4 throttle
