9.9-15hp Upgrade

I have 2 1996 Evinrude 9.9's and would like to know if it's possible to add an exhaust and carb kit to upgrade to 15hp? Has anyone done this? Were you happy with the results?

Easier and cheaper to simply sell a 9.9 and buy the 15... Lots of posts here on the site regarding the conversion.
