The boat is a 2300sc 2002 bravo3 outdrive 350 fuel injected with a closed loop coolant system(heat exchanger)
when hooking up the ear muffs, there is no raw water cooling. i removed the engine driven raw water pump and turned on the earmuffs, there is no flow through the open end of the hose. i attached the garden hose to the disconnected raw water pump suction, and there is no flow out the outdrive suction.... dumb question, is there a raw water pump in the lower unit? some web pages and the exploded drawing says no....
the maxum owners supplimental says check the seacock... i have traced the hose hand over hand from the pump to the outdrive connection, i cannot see any valve...

is the outdrive plugged up???

no seacock, regardless of what the boat manual says, there is no seacock. the outdrive was plugged with salt accumulation from the boat owner NOT adequetely flushing the engine/outdrive...
