About to purchase a Flotilla, Can anyone help?

I am having major trouble finding much info on the flotilla's. I am looking at a 98' 24' but there is nothing on the web.

Any info would be greatly appreciated, what do you think of the Rinker brand? The boat is equipped with a Mercruiser 350 Mag Mpi. In 1998 was this a good engine? I know the outdrive is a Bravo 3 with dual props, anything I should be aware of? Thanks for any advice..
