I am thinking about purchasing a 2004 pro-line with trailer and hardtop. It has a 2004 Honda 150hp four stroke. I am told top speed is 32mph. I am not sure of RPMS. Shouldn't this boat do better then that. Would I be able to pull a skier with this setup. He is asking $16900. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

It should do more than 32mph with a 4 stroke 150 honda.Mines does 40mph on a 2003 proline 20ft sport series.It has a 150 mercury 2 stroke...

overpropped? My buddy has a 20 ft proline walkaround 1998 with hard top 150 merc optimax and does about 38 wot with a 13 3/4 x 17 prop. Has a terrible hole shot though. I'm sure the 4 stroke is a heavier engine also
