Default 1988 Baretta Success

Does anyone have any information on what model this is. The passenger dash panel has Success written on it. It is a 1988 Baretta 20'7" long with volvo penta duo prop. Any help would be appreciated.

I have done a fair bit of searching and came up very little. This boat is in amazing condition for its age. It was very well maintained by the previous owner. I did find on the Coast Guard tag a model number for the boat. MH-200-RI, however it also does not provide much info on the net.

I had no information about my boat at all.

i have done a fair amount of searching...

baretta's seem not to have much info.. (mostly because
they are out of business)

I was able to find out information like what year my boat actually is
and what engine options were availble for that year. (incase I decide
to put a larger engine in). (mines a 120hp I/O)

I have heard some scuttle about baretta's having a bad rep due to poor quality construction. everbody I have spoken to seems to say baretta's are no worse than any other boat.. .. personally.. I love my boat and I love the lines.

outside of this forum I have had no luck on baretta boats

jasla74 is re-doing a success... he might be some help

I haven't had much luck finding information myself. I personally don't think they were built that bad, but they're so old now that they're falling apart. Most aren't garage kept or covered and many people treat their boats like Tonka toys. I ran across a Super Sport for sale locally & it was real good shape for it's age.

I was able to get a brochure from another member. PM me your email address and I'll send it over.

Well here is the brochure from 1988. It took me awhile to convert pdf to jpg, but I managed. The original file has better picture quality and you can read it, so let me know if you'd still like me to email it to you (about 4.5mbs).
