50hp force 1997

My motor will run at top speed for about 3-5 minutes when you first start it, and it will lose the bottom cyinder and it will be running at half power. If you let it idle for a minute or two it will run at top speed for about 1 minute and back to half speed. I have rebuilt the carb and fuel pump,changed the plugs, replaced the stator, and tested the coils and all is good. I am going tomorrow to order a switch box and replace it. I need help, any clues to my problem.
