leaking stern drive

Hey

My 2001 centurion sport bowrider which i purchased in 2002 with only 29 hrs on it has taken on water more than usual lately, well i flooded the hull to see if i could see where the water was coming from and I found it leaking where the drive shaft exits through the hull.

I would like to repair this myself but am not sure how to, is it a packing nut? seal, or something else? any how to would be appreciated
