Advise wanted --- 16' 2003 Lowe Sea Nymph Aluminum V fishing boat $4500?

Hi, just joined here in order to ask the advise of more knowledgeable people than me. They are asking $4500 and state in the ad that they want to get a bigger boat. It comes with the following:

25hp Tohatsu four-stroke motor (runs great!)
Console stearing
2 Rod Holders
2 Downrigger mounts
4 cushion seats + room for more
Bimini top
Depth sounder
Carna Trailer
Anchor, and more...

What do you think, does that sound like a good price? I was thinking of offering $4000.

4000 would be a very good price IMO. I think its a little under powered with the 25 though.

I think that is an excellent price, although I agree the motor is way to small. If you want to compare to somthing though, check out this CL add. http://vancouver.en.craigslist.ca/boa/1194449742.html I realize its a bigger boat, but hull wise thats only a 2-3k differnce. Trade up to a bigger motor and you probably have yourself a 10k boat. imho.
