Every file I've tried has corrupt headers.
Has anyone successfully unpacked one of these?

I was able to unpack the 2 cyl 15-20-25hp books and they looked great. I use Linux on my laptop though. Your problem may be that the files are .rar extensions. You may have to google to find a program that can open .rar

Win RAR is one of the best programs I have used. You can get a 40 day trial version by clicking
here this link will take you to CNET downloads.

Re: Do you need any mercury manuals on pdf format!!!
I did check it out anyway though I'm looking for a 1988 115hp manual and/or the service manual. I have a seloc but I have found some discrepancies. Any one know where these might be found?

You mean discrepancies between the pdf and the printed book you have?

When you find manuals for early 70's and early 80's 50 HP and up, let me know.
Thanks

No I have the printed version. When I look at wiring diagrams their are none that match, or I should say that it matches some from one diagram and some of another. Also when I look at CDI ignition trouble shooting it is different than Seloc. Makes me some what unsure.

Re: Do you need any mercury manuals on pdf format!!!
can't help you on this problem. Only if you check both (pdf and your printed book) with the engine it's self you find out which is correct!

Thanks! I have a problem with my Low Oil Sensor and this manual explains how to test and repair the Oil Injection System.
