i am purchasing a bomber trophy bassboat. and i cannot find the HIN on this boat. i was wondering if anyone has a idea where it should be. i have found the coast guard plate but cannot find the the hin. i know before 72 they didnt use the number, but this boat should be a 76 year model

I have an '83 Bomber Commander 180 and the HIN is located on the transom near the top right hand side...just about where the trim piece wraps around the boat. Hope that helps.
