surging/no power at wot

I have 77 johnson 75hp fresh gas new primer bulb just took off and cleaned all 3 carbs. Boat idles at fast and low. Ran great for about 1/2 mile then lost power at wot had to limp on back on home at idle speed. Back on trailer, still idles at fast and low speed but loses power at full throttle. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance KO. All the fuel ines original equipment, could these lines be sucking flat because of there age???

Welcome to iboats. When it loses power check for spark. You can use insulated pliers and pull one plug at a time. If rpms change then that cylinder is getting spark. If they do not then that one is dead. suspect coil/powerpack. Post the results and we will go from there. Eliminate spark, fuel, or air. This will eliminate spark. If spark is good to all cylinders then have along a "windex" bottle filled with premix and squirt it into the carbs and see if this helps. You can also try sqeezing the primer bulb.
