Default Cajun Boat Gas Vent Location?????

Hey All,

My Brother has a Cajun boat and he has a hard time filling it with gas. I think the Vent is clogged, but we are not sure where it is, can anyone help us locate the vent.

Thanks,

Jeremy

Not familiar with the Cajun, but it should be close to where you fill it at.
Look for small orfice that looks like it is solid, but it will have a hole pointing down.

I have a 17' Cajun '93 fish & ski. The vent on it is on the splash tray at the rear of the boat on the right side next to where the steering cable comes out to the motor.

Never saw one at the rear of the boat before...especially when the the filler opening is on the left side of the boat about 3/4 way back. Most boats would have the vent by the filler neck. The vent at the rear splash tray is a good idea though...because it doesn't gas stain the side of the boat like some I have had.

Best regards...Stan M.
