Default 1900 Tournament

Are there any Cajun owners, past or present, who can help with some questions on peticular models? Take for instance the rig in the title of this thread. Anybody know what the 2 knobs are behind driver and passenger seats that say pull to open? Doesn't appear to do anything. What are they supposed to do?
