I recently bought a 15' fisher jon boat it did not have a coast guard plate on it. Does anyone know what the max. capacities is on this boat? Also can someone tell me what a good saltwater trolling motor would be for this boat?
Look it up on the www.nadaguide.com and see if you can figure out which boat you have. It will list the max hp. Alot depends on the design ie... center console, tiller or standard bow.
A good trolling motor for salt water ..... with tides a good strong one or a small outboard 4 stroke.
