Is it normal that the engine hesitates a little when going from idle to full throttle? The boat is 14' and the prop is 11-3/4-17. Besides that, it runs great.
Does anyone have any idea?? I've heard tighten by hand until snug,50,55 and60 ft/lbs. When I removed the prop to get repaired, the nut was very loose. The only thing keeping the propnut on was the cotter pin!!
