A friend of mine just a boat with a Honda 9.9 four-stroke. After starting the engine he noticed it was not spitting out any water. His question is should a four stroke start spitting water just like a 2-stroke or is there a thermostat ona 4-stroke? I don't know the answer so if someone does it...
