I noticed the water pump area and exhaust housing was very oily. Found the lower seal was in very bad shape. I replaced the seal but noticed it does not make contact with the crankshaft. It looks like the crank was machined incorrectly. The sealing surface only sticks out 2mm. What am I missing...
