I have a 1978 Evinrude 115 that is running great on three cylinders but the lower cylinder on the port side is not firing. I cleaned the carbs and checked the spark. The fuel seems to be flowing evenly through both carbs. There is plenty of spark on all 4 spark plugs but one cylinder will not...
