I took off the long nut that connects the two shift rods. Now I cant get all three positions. I can only get neutral and either forward or reverse. Please help.
I took the shift rod nut completely off yes it was dumb. But I was wondering if any one knew how to get it back to normal. I have an 88 force 50hp motor.
