Lower Unit laying on it's side. As I was removing screws from the impeller cup, a broken, small diameter, thin rubber o-ring dropped to the floor. Could have come from anywhere above or below the cup. None of the places I examined seemed like a good suspect area. ALSO could have been an old ring...
