Volvo Penta 225 D. New boat for me. Mid-80's Galaxy. Ran like a top two weeks ago. Started on the first try. Went to put it in the water yesterday, turned the key to start, give it gas and it sounds like it's running...revs up in response to throttle. Let the key go from 'start' position...
