I have free play in my Demco 66 surge brake actuator. By that i mean you can push the coupler back towards the trailer more than a 1/4 inch before encountering resistance. In the picture you can see the pencil line i made showing how far in it can be pushed. when you pull it all the way forward...
i'm putting new brakes on my trailer- the non binding back up kind- and the backing plates don't say left or right. In this picture the front of the trailer is to the right, is this the correct side for this backing plate or do I have it backwards?
