Just bought a boat w/ Evinrude 88 SPL. In neutral, it winds up great, but at WOT I'm not getting up on plane and the RPM's seem to low.(No Tach, so anyones guess). My first day out we rode around at 15 MPH, but 2 hrs later, we got up on plane and at 25 MPH. Thought changing gas tanks did it...
