My 2000 90 hp johnson is missing or bogging at 3200 rpm and above. So far i have changed the fuel and added sea foam, replaced primmer bulb, had all 4 carb rebuuilt,cleaned the fuel filter,replaced the fuel pump, replaced the plugs to no avail. :confused: If it is electrical where do i start ...
