1995 Honda 50 outboard runs smooth at idle but after going at high speed/rpms, then slowing back down, engine runs rough at idle, takes long time to smooth out. Pulled plugs, they don't look fouled, so I don't think it's coil pack, drained carb bowls but makes no difference, anyone have any...
